Me

My name is Rachael West and I am a strategic facilitator, performer and a few things inbetween.  I’ve worked as a civil engineer, in organisational development and change, and held roles in strategy, water, transport and social enterprise. And that was before I ran away to the circus.

I’m now based in Perth, Western Australia.  This is what I do:

Strategic facilitation and project support
Get your projects off to the right start by asking the right questions, engaging the right people in the right way, and taking time to set things up to flow effortlessly.   I also deliver training on topics such as project management and communication, using influences from physical theatre and circus.  More at Strategic Creativity.

Body awareness and possibility
Using movement and self-awareness to find your own path to health and wellbeing.  Programmes for workplace stress management, coping with chronic illness and learning to know what you want and need to feel and be your best.  Based on research I carried out as part of a University Diploma in Yogic Education.  I am also available to speak and run taster workshops at events. Enabling reflection and self-expression
Everyone said they didn’t make enough time to sit still, and they never found the time to paint.  We started Tea + Art to let you do just that, demonstrating that everyone is creative and that there is more to do of a Sunday afternoon than consume.   Find out more.
